The New Jersey Crime Scene Investigators Association (NJCSIA) will hold their fourth annual Awards Banquet on February 28, 2025 at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, NJ.  The guests in attendance will include past graduates of the NJCSIA seven-week school, Dignitaries, Members, and Detectives from Federal, State, County and Municipal Law Enforcement Agencies. Nominees from a variety of different Agencies will be receiving Awards for their outstanding efforts during a Crime Scene Investigation. will be honoring Bob Delaney with a lifetime achievement award for his service and dedication to the law enforcement community. Mr. Delaney is a former undercover New Jersey State Trooper and NBA referee who officiated from the 1987-88 NBA season, up until the 2010-11 NBA Season. He is passionate about Law Enforcement resiliency and conducts training throughout the community. In addition, we will be recognizing other detectives for their tireless efforts and their dedication to their job. As part of the annual dinner, the net proceeds will be donated to a charity. As law enforcement officers, we feel strongly that we represent the community, and we want to continue to give back to those in need. All net proceeds from this event will benefit law enforcement members and their families courageously battling severe illnesses.

The New Jersey Crime Scene Investigators Association Inc. is a registered nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded by New Jersey State Police Crime Scene Detectives with instructors / members comprised of Federal, State, County and Municipal Law Enforcement Agencies.  We take immense pride in establishing and maintaining best practice and protocol concerning Crime Scene Investigation education and training. The NJCSIA also provides scholarships to students pursuing a career in Criminal Justice.
